Wake Forest Basement Finish
An unfinished basement turned into a full lower level with a family room, a bar area and finished storage.
This was a millwork job rather than a structural one. Wall panelling, running trim and a set of built-ins were designed around the existing rooms, then cut and fitted on site so the work sits properly against walls that are never quite square.
Everything was installed and finished by our own carpenters, which is the difference between panelling that looks applied and panelling that looks original to the house.
