Wake Forest Basement Finish
An unfinished basement turned into a full lower level with a family room, a bar area and finished storage.
The room was taken back to the framing so the plumbing could be reset and the wet areas properly waterproofed. That work is invisible in the finished photographs and it is the reason the room will still be sound in fifteen years.
The walk-in shower, the vanity run and the tile layout were set out together so the lines carry through the room instead of stopping at each fixture.
